It's a simple, intuitive audio/video system control that's compatible with virtually all Sony head units, and is easily added to the system. The operator's distraction time is dramatically decreased when using Sony's wired remote to operate the system.

All of the head unit's preamp functions can be accessed from the Wired Remote, as can the disk track and tuner functions. The source is easily changed by pressing the button on top of the remote. Mute and Off are also included. By mounting the remote in a convenient location, system control ergonomics are taken to a new level.
